Living in The Core comes with a lot of convenience and community. The apartments are fully furnished, and rent includes all utilities (+ cable and internet!), so there are no surprise bills to account for. Rent is reasonable, especially for those who want to live alone. The cheaper studios in The Core do run on the smaller size, but all units include in-unit laundry, mounted TVs, hardwood floors, dishwashers, and modern appliances. Most units have Murphy beds. The community spaces are always clean and are a great place to gather with friends and many of your neighbors are medical students. The 718 building is pet-friendly and Forest Park is a short walk away.
