Residences at Forest Park is in a great location and offers a lot of desirable amenities: in-unit laundry, dishwasher, central air conditioning, fitness center, package concierge, large units, ample natural light. If you have/are considering getting a pet, the Residences is open to cats and dogs (no size limit!) for an additional monthly fee and has an enclosed outdoor play area. Parking is also available in a gated, outdoor lot for an additional monthly fee. The building unfortunately does not have a trash or recycling chute, so you will need to take your trash/recyclables to the dumpster across the street, and management can be hard to reach sometimes. However, it was relatively easy for me to find and apply for my one-bedroom/one-bathroom apartment online, and management helped me schedule a virtual tour before signing my lease.
