I’ve really liked living at Parc Frontenac so far. The building’s in a great spot with a short walk to campus, and I love being across the street from Forest Park. I live in a two-bed/two-bath unit with a medical student roommate. The building is on the older side, so we have had some minor maintenance issues, but they have all been fixed very quickly. Management has been very responsive to all my requests so far, and our concierges are all very nice. I think that the best part of living at Parc is that you are close to a lot of other med students — either in the building itself or within a block or two. The shared laundry in the basement is one of the downsides of living here, in my opinion, since sometimes the machines are broken, and they are pretty expensive ($1.75 per washer; $0.25/6 minutes per dryer). Overall, I really like Parc, and my roommate and I are thinking about renewing our lease for our second year!
