The location simply cannot be beat. It is a super close walk (eight-12 minutes) to the Medical Campus, and if it is super cold or hot outside, it is only a two-minute walk from the Laclede parking garage where you can enter campus from the sky bridges. Forest Park is also right across the street! The front desk staff could not be more friendly and welcoming as well, and there are always a few monthly events with free food and drinks. Maintenance is super quick and easy to contact for any repairs. Kitchen and bathroom are new and modern. Communal laundry in the basement is easy to use, and I have never had a problem finding an open washer and dryer. There is also a beautiful and spacious rooftop with grills that our class has used for a few get-togethers, but you can also just go up there to look at the view, grill, or study. The only downside is window unit AC. I really like living here, and I will most likely live here next year too!

Cons: No in-unit washer/dryer and communal washing has a cost, window unit ACs that can be very expensive, expensive parking, no dishwasher in some units
