Although it comes with a relatively large price tag, I can confidently say that my experience at 100 Above the Park has been worth every penny. It’s located in the Central West End, with Whole Foods, Shake Shack, and a Schnucks grocery store a short walk away. All apartments are modern and clean, have amazing natural light, and have upgraded appliances. Management and maintenance are always available and respond to emails within minutes. It can feel a bit isolating at times since there are not many other med students that live in the building, but more popular apartments like Montclair and Parc Frontenac are right across the street.
