Dr. Brian F. Crisp

I received my Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Michigan and am currently a faculty member in the Department of Political Science at Washington University in St. Louis. My work on electoral systems, legislative politics, interbranch relations, and policy choices has been published in The American Journal of Political Science, The American Political Science Review, The Journal of Politics, and elsewhere. My most recent book (coauthored with Santiago Olivella and Guillermo Rosas) The Chain of Representation: Preferences, Institutions, and Policy across Presidential Systems was published by Cambridge University Press.
