Organized by the Harris Institute’s Crimes Against Humanity Initiative, in conjunction with the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, the Latin American Workshop on a Global Convention for Crimes Against Humanity will be held in Lima, Peru, on September 28, 2018.
The workshop will provide an opportunity for experts in the field of international criminal law and human rights law, members of civil society, and other interested individuals from the Latin American region to learn about the International Law Commission’s work on a global crimes against humanity treaty and suggest improvements to the text of the Draft Articles.
