My lab investigates the signals that regulate early B cell development. Specifically, we are interested in how cellular responses activated by double-strand DNA breaks integrate with normal development processes. Our current projects include 1) investigation of a transcriptional repressor complex that regulates early B cell maturation and 2) understanding the mechanisms the determine distinct cellular responses to DNA breaks.
