Perfusion and fixation

Transcardiac perfusion and fixation allows tissues to be rapidly and uniformly preserved in a life-like state. 

Our standard practice is to perfuse with pbs and preserve in 4% paraformaldehyde.  If you need your tissue placed into sucrose for histology or perfusion with pfa please let us know your exact requirements.
