Compatibility Test

The integration of the payload culminated today when the telescope was brought outside at 6am for the final compatibility test. We verified that the power system worked and that all the command and data links between the science payload, the Support Instrumentation Package, the antennae, the satellites, and the ground were properly transmitting data. The photos show the science, pointing and the support team of the Columbia Scientific Ballooning Facility taking the experiment outside for the tests.

Early start before it gets too hot.

Roll out at about 6am.

All hands on for the roll out.
