Project Behnken 1(2022-2023)
Behnken 1 was WURocketry’s third competitive season launch vehicle. The team designed and launched a 9.25ft rocket carrying a self stabilizing camera payload that deployed on the ground after parachute landing. WURocketry placed 10th overall and placed 2nd in both the Innovative Payload Award and the Reusable Launch Vehicle Award!
Project Osiris (2021-2022)
Project Osiris was WURocketry’s rocket design and presentation for the 2022 NASA Student Launch, where WURocketry came in 9th in the Launch division of over 60 teams!
Project Pioneer (2020-2021)
Project Pioneer was WURocketry’s rocket design and presentation for the 2021 NASA Student Launch, where WURocketry won the best rookie team of the year and came in 10th overall in the Launch division!
