WebSTAC (Web STudent ACcess) is the student’s access point to their academic record at Washington University, and more. Using WebSTAC tools, students can check grades and request transcripts as well as review Billing information and interact with Dining Services, Campus Card, and Residential Life program sites. Access to certain menu items like Registration may vary according to the student’s academic division and standing.
Note: The SIS (Student Information Systems) web applications, including WebSTAC and Course Listings, are unavailable around 4 a.m. St. Louis time (CST) every morning for one to two minutes.

Login and Passwords
The login for WebSTAC requires a Login ID and password known as the WUSTL Key. New students to the University generally receive Login ID/password information during the summer before arriving on campus; contact the student services area or registrar of your school if you did not. Current and former students who need assistance with their WUSTL Key can contact the WashU Help Desk at 314-933-3333 (M-F 8:30-5:00 CST).
If you have forgotten your password or Login ID and need to have them reset, go to the WebSTAC home page and click on the gray “Login” button. From there, click on either the “Forgot Password?” or “Forgot Login ID?” links.
The presence of the icon on any WU web-based tool indicates that you can use your WUSTL Key ID & Password for login.
