AED is an honorary organization on campus that is explicitly committed to achieving the following goals:
- To encourage and recognize scholastic achievement among premedical students.
- To provide activities for the intellectual development and stimulation of the individual member.
- To provide a program of service activities that not only benefit our members on campus, but also non-members of the public and the entire community at large.
Requirements
If you are interested in becoming a member of AED, consider the following membership requirements:
1. 3.2 minimum overall WUSTL GPA & 3.2 minimum pre-health/science WUSTL GPA. To calculate your GPA, you may use this excel sheet by entering your credit hours in.
2. 30 WUSTL credit hours (17 in pre-health science courses)
3. Commitment to service
4. Involvement in the health field beyond the classroom
