Limit the crime location capacity of each station

This approach has the same objective as the first two. The difference is that it limits the number of crime locations that can be assigned to each proposed facility. While I distributed the assignments as evenly as possible among the facilities, the same constraint could be adjusted to accommodate for different capacities at different stations. If, for example, one station is to have fewer officers or perhaps officers on bikes instead of with cars, this station’s capacity could be limited accordingly.
