In her current role in Human Resources as a Career Development Professional at Washington University. She conducts training to faculty and staff and provides resources and tools to facilitate career growth. She also models the behavior to promote a warm, welcoming 
and respectful environment that supports multicultural understanding, commitment and engagement across academic institutions and the community-at-large.

Monica has a unique way of presenting sensitive topics in a substantive, thought-provoking and non-judgmental way. She is known for her ability to simplify and demystify the complexities of diversity and inclusion  which lead her participants to appreciate the learning experience and journey toward beneficial change.

Monica’s professional credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from Nyack University in New York, a Master of Arts degree in Non-Profit Management with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Washington University in St. Louis.  Certifications include The Etiquette Institute in Social, Business and Children’s Etiquette and The Institute for Social + Emotional Intelligence (ISEI)®

She has a wonderful husband, Steven L. Robinson and one very smart and talented daughter, Brianna E. Brown, and the cutest Portuguese water dog, Cali Fornia Robinson.
