Ivory Woodhouse

Ivory Woodhouse, PhD currently serves as the Manager of HR Operations in the Division of Student Affairs. Ivory manages the human resources operations of the division by providing expert guidance on policies, processes, and payroll. Her role extends beyond administration; she’s a dedicated coach, nurturing talent and fostering growth within the organization. She had the pleasure of launching the staff career development program in 2014, a flagship initiative under the Learning and Development portfolio at WashU. This program stands as a testament to Ivory’s commitment to professional advancement and organizational excellence. Ivory has gained additional experience as a part of the HR team at Amazon and served as Associate Director, Human Resources at the University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy in St. Louis. Ivory is a firm believer that work should not only be productive but also enjoyable. She champions a workplace culture where fun and fulfillment are integral components, recognizing that a happy workforce is a productive one.
