An accomplished speaker, leader, and educator, Kevin Kruger has been associate executive director of NASPA since 1995, and became its first executive-level president March 15, 2012. In his capacity as a national advocate for students and the primary spokesperson for student affairs administrators and practitioners, he draws on more than 30 years of experience in higher education.

Rochelle D. Smith, M.S., (she/her) is the second vice president of DICE. She is an accomplished diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practitioner and senior-level administrator in higher education, with more than 24 years of experience. Smith earned her Master of Science degree in health behavior research from Washington University School of Medicine, a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Chicago State University, and certification in executive leadership from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Kris Campa is a proud alum of the Ervin Scholars Program at Washington University in St. Louis, where he received his Bachelors of Arts in English Literature with a minor in Creative Writing. During his time as a student, he was a member of Black Anthology all four years, directing it in his senior year, as well as the Campus Interview Team and Sigma Tau Delta English Honors Society. After graduation, he earned his Masters of Fine Arts in Writing Popular Fiction from Seton Hill University while working full time as a staff member for the Ervin Program.

Jacqueline Carter is the Equity, Diversity & Manager at Washington University in St. Louis Olin School of Business. In her current role, Jacqueline leads initiatives and programs to create an equitable and inclusive environment for students, staff, and faculty.

In her previous roles at Jacqueline served as a Registrar and Student Affairs Advisor. Jacqueline provided leadership and support in recruitment, retention and advancement for women and underrepresented students through policies, initiatives and practices.

Jim Conlon

Head Coach, Women’s Soccer, Division of Student Affairs

Jim Conlon took the Washington University in St. Louis women’s soccer program to a new level in 2016 after the Bears claimed the programs’ first national championship with a 5-4 shootout victory over Messiah Dec. 3 in Salem, Va.

Conlon has led the Bears to three national championship game appearances, including National Runner-Up finishes in 2009 and 2015, nine University Athletic Association (UAA) titles and 13 trips to the NCAA Tournament in his 13 seasons on the Danforth Campus. He has 208-37-19 (.824) overall record leading the Bears.

Mandy has helped hundreds of students, faculty, staff, and administrators at Wash U learn about their strengths and how to apply them in personal and professional settings.

Meghann Feely is the Assistant Director of Fitness and Wellness at Washington University in St. Louis. Feely began work at WashU on Sept. 29, 2016. She is responsible for all aspects of our recreational fitness and wellness services.

Dr. Anna Gonzalez (she/her/hers), or “Dr. G” as she is known to students, is a nationally recognized student affairs leader with over 30 years of experience in higher education. As the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs at Washington University in St. Louis (WashU), Dr. Gonzalez’s primary focus is to provide leadership to the university’s renowned Division of Student Affairs.
