Our Mission
- Assess the needs of patients awaiting appointments to become established with a primary care provider (PCP), including at a St. Louis City or County Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
- Provide trauma-informed Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and/or interim Medical inter-professional care tailored to patients’ specific needs.
- Advocate for uninsured and underinsured patients and connect them with community resources.
- Guide students of Medicine, Occupational Therapy, and Physical Therapy as they practice their clinical and inter-professional team skills while learning about social and structural challenges faced by patients in accessing care in the St. Louis healthcare system.
