Sara Malone, LCSW, is a doctoral candidate with a research agenda centered around healthcare systems, with a focus on improving evidence based care delivery. Her dissertation focuses on the contextual and structural factors that contribute to sustainability of evidence based practices.

Malone is interested in dissemination and implementation science with formal training in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. As a doctoral student, she has worked in Pediatric Infectious Disease and with the Dissemination and Implementation Research Core to provide consultation to those interested in translational research.

Malone has taught courses in program evaluation and human behavior. She has continued clinical experience in pediatric emergency room settings, focusing on trauma and child protection.
