Isis Bey, LCSW, CCPT II, TTS, is a licensed mental health therapist, clinical supervisor, adjunct professor, and PhD student in the Public Health program at the College of Health and Human Sciences in the University of North Carolina Charlotte. Her research interests focus on racial health disparities and culturally responsive intervention development. Additionally, Ms. Bey has over 28 years of experience and training with children and families focused on trauma-informed practices, African-centered approaches, holistic care, advocacy, and much more.
