Should be requested 48 business hours before the event. Requests for events taking place sooner may be submitted, but confirmation is not guaranteed. Some spaces include set up and tear down time that is required and will be automatically added to your event time.
Residential Hall Commons, Lounges, Libraries, Study Rooms, Seminar Rooms; and select Multipurpose Rooms; Outdoor Spaces; Tabling Tables

All Washington University affiliated faculty, staff and students may request use of Residential Life spaces through this website. Non Washington University affiliated individuals or organizations should contact Luke Gregory directly at email@example.com.
