Kayla is a fifth year in the Neuroscience PhD program at Washington University in St Louis. She graduated with her Bachelor’s from Saint Louis University with a degree in Neuroscience and minors in Chinese and Political Science. She researches mental health using functional connectivity MRI in the Personomics Lab with PI Dr. Janine Bijsterbosch. She hopes to bridge her passion for science and policy by pursuing a career at the intersection of science and policy.
