The Brown Bag Committee is dedicated to providing students with informal opportunities to learn about research being conducted by their peers. Every week, graduate students present and disseminate novel research to their colleagues, and learn about topics that promote success in graduate school. We strive to support students in an environment that fosters collaboration and scaffolds collegiality between graduate students in the department.
The Brown Bag Committee coordinates weekly “Brown Bag” talks in the psychology department. These talks are typically held during lunch (12pm-1pm) on Friday afternoons, and pizza is provided. Students are asked to RSVP prior to the talk, but all graduate students are welcome to attend.
