Want to get involved and help out with auditions? This is a great way to meet new people in the department and get excited about the upcoming productions! To sign up, just click the link below. There are two time slots for each evening, with several positions to fill. Although auditions start at 7:15, we’ll start setting up at 6:45. Those who take the earlier shift will help with set up, and those who take the later shift will help with clean up.
A brief description of each job:
Timer – This person will sit in the audition room and time each audition, raising your hand as the 3 minute time limit approaches to let the auditioner know they are out of time.
Greeter – These people will sit at the sign-in table as auditioners arrive, make sure they have signed in, filled out and turned in an audition form, and submitted a headshot. They will keep track of the schedule, make sure that everything stays running smoothly and on time, and answer questions as they come up.
Announcer – This person will prep each auditioner for what to expect when they walk in the audition room, walk them inside, and announce their names to the directors.
