The WashU Center for Career Engagement is excited to announce a new event for Student Organizations this fall! Introducing the Reverse Student Group Career Fair, set to debut during the Fall 2024 Career Expo on Thursday, September 26th from 11:00 am – 12:30 pm.
In this event, we’re flipping the Career Expo, so employers come to YOU! Each student organization will host a table to showcase their campus achievements and mission, and employers attending the Career Expo will be invited to visit your tables prior to the start of the Expo’s second day. This format creates additional networking opportunities to connect with employers hiring WashU students, and we already have 10 and counting employers registered to meet with student organizations.
Registration applications for this exclusive event will be open from Thursday, August 15 until Wednesday, September 11. If maximum capacity is reached, registration will close early. We expect a high volume of interest from both student organizations and employers, so apply early.
To participate in this event, your organization must have two representatives to work the booth from 10:30 am – 12:30 pm. Set up will begin at 10:00 am with a prep session at 10:30 am. The Reverse Student Group Career Fair will run from 11:00 am – 12:30 pm in the Athletic Complex Varsity Gym.
Due to the limited amount of space, student organization applications will be reviewed and notified of participation by September 17th.
