Meet Evan Bouffides!
Hello, Olin Family! It’s great to be back in St. Louis!
For about a decade between 2006 and 2016, I served in Graduate Admissions at Olin after which I left for California. I have come to my senses and have returned to Olin to work with the GPO team. I wish to thank all the wonderful people I’ve met so far in my first week.
A little about me. I returned to St. Louis with my wife, Nancy, and our two dogs and two cats. I am particularly thrilled by the fact that I can now walk to work rather than deal with LA traffic. Some of my interests are depicted below – Boston sports teams (a shot from the 2013 World Series…sorry about that, Cardinals fans); the many animals we have adopted over the years (the three below were a package deal when I married Nancy), trekking (favorites are Bhutan and Kilimanjaro), and movies (see if you can guess some of my favorite filmmakers from the picture).
One of my favorite expressions is “Time is Luck.” With that in mind, I can’t wait to really get going in my new role. I’ll see you around.
