Nikki Cornwell & Nate Quest-The GPO SMP Leadership Team
Meet Nikki!
I have been at Washington University as an Associate Director for SMP at Olin for about two years. My position is focused mainly on Analytics, Supply Chain Management, and Accounting. I have worked in higher education for 17 years in advising and student leadership development. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Fontbonne University and my Master’s Degree in College Student Personnel Administration from the University of Central Missouri. I love working with students from all over the world and helping them on their academic journey.
Outside of work, I love to travel, especially with my husband and two kids. I am an adventurous person and love the thrill of hiking mountains, skydiving, and exploring. As much as I love to travel, I also love St. Louis and all it has to offer and you can often find my family at Cardinals games, local festivals, and just exploring the various St. Louis parks and neighborhoods.
I am delighted and fortunate to work with Nate and the other SMP team members to ensure our students are successful on their journey to their degrees. Getting to know our SMP students has been a true blessing and I have found a home at Olin and can’t wait to see what our Graduate Programs team does in the future.
Meet Nate!
I am an SMP Associate Director at Olin. I oversee the finance programs at Olin: Wealth & Asset Management, Quantitative Finance, Corporate Finance, and Global Master of Finance. I am a St. Louis native and have been at Olin for 10 years. I really enjoy helping students through their academic experiences and witnessing the growth and development of students in their journeys here. When I’m not at Olin, I enjoy running, hiking, biking, traveling, and spending time with my wife and three children. In fact, I’ve run at least one mile a day, every day, since April 25, 2020—and I average around six miles per day most of the year. I am a Washington University undergraduate alum, and I spent seven years in the non-profit sector before joining Olin in 2013.
