My time at Olin has been incredible, and the practical courses have been invaluable for my future career.
At WashU, my favorite place is the Recreation Center. I love the Zumba and Pound classes—they provide a great escape from the busy demands of studying and work.
My most important takeaway this year has been learning to appreciate solitude and become more self-reliant. Friends are essential, but your well-being should always come first. Another lesson I’ve learned at Olin is to pursue what truly matters to me without worrying about others’ opinions.
I’ve taken a part-time job at a café making coffee, which isn’t related to my goal of becoming a “Finance Elite,” but I enjoy it. Meanwhile, I’m still searching for positions in equity research within the secondary market.
I want to do something I love: I love concentrating—it’s my way of traveling into the future, where I realize it’s already tomorrow, and I’m still in the zone.

Funny fact: One of my favorite activities is grocery shopping. I can spend hours in local supermarkets, even if I don’t need anything—a real supermarket tourist!
