Magdalen Pike

Magdalen Pike is a Washington University Olin PMBA student and a social entrepreneur. She is a natural storyteller eager to make a lasting positive social and economic impact. Her most recent ventures include PassBack, a nonprofit that upcycles sports equipment, and Magdalen Marketing, a social media consulting business.

Magdalen also has over a decade of non-profit experience and seven years of marketing experience. Her time with TinySuperheroes is noteworthy. She was the first full-time employee there, and within four years, she grew a community of 15,000 kids with a disability to over 150,000 in 28 different countries. A large part of this impact was due to her digital marketing and fundraising efforts, which resulted in an increase in revenue by 250%, reaching multi-millions annually. It is here that she also built an online support group of over 50,000 people, which led to recognition by Meta as a 2021 Global Community Leader.

In her spare time, you can find her coaching youth soccer, where she has helped her dad grow a youth soccer nonprofit into a community with 60,000+ families in it. She also loves to be outside hiking with her boyfriend, meditating, or reading fantasy novels.

She is so grateful for the incredible people she has met along her journey at WashU so far, leading her to become the person she was always meant to be!
