VP Diversity & Inclusive Student Engagement, Seth Aboagye

We are thrilled to introduce Seth Aboagye as the new Vice President for Diversity and Inclusion on the SMP Council. Seth brings extensive experience in risk management, internal audit, and portfolio analysis within the banking industry. His commitment to fostering robust control environments has been evident through his roles as a Credit Risk Officer and later as an Internal Audit Supervisor in the Bank he worked.

Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Quantitative Finance at WashU Olin Business School, Seth is passionate about promoting an inclusive and supportive environment for all students. He has demonstrated exceptional leadership and collaborative skills through his contributions to team projects. His attention to detail, strategic thinking, and focus on delivering impactful recommendations have earned him respect among his peers.

As Vice President for Diversity and Inclusion, Seth aims to create a culture where diverse voices are celebrated and heard. He is dedicated to implementing initiatives that promote equity, belonging, and a sense of community. Seth believes that by promoting diversity, we also promote research and innovation which is very pivotal in a research focused business school such as Olin.
