I have been working at Ingredient Exchange for over 8 years researching and implementing solutions for unneeded or unusable food ingredients. One highlight of my job is the opportunity to travel and give back to the industry by volunteering at the World Cheese Championships annually! When I am not at work or working with my WashU teammates, I spend my time traveling and adventuring outside with friends and family. I recently completed my first 100k ultra in January and am training for my next 30-hour adventure race in June.
