Denesha White
Denesha is an experienced talent acquisition recruiter with a demonstrated history of working within different recruiting areas. She has experience in higher education recruitment, recruitment process outsourcing agencies, and student and donor nonprofit recruitment. She originally started her career in nonprofit work, wearing many different hats and doing whatever was needed. She did everything from volunteer coordination to donor development. She quickly developed a skill set for engaging people and leveraging relationships.
Denesha is a graduate programs recruiter here at Olin and a PMBA candidate. She is skilled in applicant tracking systems, networking, building relationships, customer and client retention, recruiting strategy, communication, event planning and execution, and cross-selling. She is a recruiting professional who graduated from John Brown University with a bachelor’s in Family and Human Services.
She is originally from Northwest Arkansas and was born into a large communal family. Growing up in Arkansas, she developed a deep love for the outdoors, sports, and people. She is half of a dynamic duo, as a twin. Being a part of a duo her whole life has instilled the belief that “everything is better with friends.” This motto translated into her personal and professional life in many ways. She loves hanging out with friends, traveling, concerts, and connecting with people. She has brought her love for the outdoors inside by filling her home with various plants. She enjoys moving her body through yoga and boxing in her free time.
