Eligibility Requirements:
Must be enrolled in an MBA or Master’s program
Expected graduation date must fall between December 1, 2026 and September 30, 2027
Registration must be completed using your official school email address

1. What roles will this conference be centered around?
The conference will revolve around the following roles: Sr. Product Manager (Tech & Non-Tech), Sr. Program Manager, and our four leadership development programs (Finance, Pathways Operations, Stores, and Human Resources). The application link for these roles is expected to be live in early fall and will be found on our MBA Careers Page.
2. Will I be able to engage with Amazonians during the conference?
Yes, during the live sessions students will have the opportunity to ask questions to Amazonians.
3. Is there a dress code for this event?
There is no formal dress code for this event as students are not expected to be on video during the event.
4. Do I need to register for each event?
Yes, you will need to register for each event you plan to attend using your school email address. We encourage students to participate in as many of the sessions as possible to learn about Amazon’s unique culture and connect with Amazonians. Students who are not able to attend will still be eligible to apply to our MBA roles in the fall and can also engage with us during our weekly Office Hours starting in the fall as well.
5. I do not meet the eligibility requirements for the conference. Can I still attend?
Attendees must meet the graduation date requirement to participate in the conference and must register
with their school email address.
6. What if I am unable to attend the event? If I cannot attend the event, can I still be
considered for roles at Amazon?
The Pre-MBA Summer Series will not be recorded; however, we will host many recruiting events in the fall. Please visit our MBA Careers Page and attend our Office Hours this fall. Additionally, attendance at the Pre-MBA Summer Series is voluntary and has no impact to your candidacy at Amazon
