Meet the officers of the Olin Strategy and Consulting Association (OSCA)

Shradha Challa (Co-President)
 Hailing from India, Shradha has expertise in strategic insights and risk management, accumulated over her 5 years of work experience in Consulting and Insurance Broking. This summer, she interned at Bunge in the business development team and is excited to continue working part-time at Bunge in the fall semester.  

Fun fact : Shradha is ambidextrous and loves being an aunt to her 1-year-old niece. 

John Badgett (Co-President)  
John is a rising 2nd year MBA student from Colorado driven by a relentless passion for unraveling complex challenges and crafting innovative solutions. He recently completed his internship at Infosys working on IT Consulting. Prior to WashU, he worked in Corporate Banking, specializing in Food Industries and Oil and Gas.

Fun Fact: John collects St. Louis Cardinals memorabilia and autographs.

Aarushee Agarwal (VP of Resource Development)
Aarushee is 2nd year MBA student from India with an inclination to pursue a career in Operations consulting. She recently completed her internship in GEP as a Global-Delivery Consultant. Prior to coming to WashU, she worked in heavy manufacturing as a Senior Manager, of operations and supply chain. 

Fun fact: Aarushee knows more than 5 Indian languages and she is currently learning Spanish. 

Maralmaa Chinzorig (VP of international Student Affairs)
Maralmaa Chinzorig has experience in multi-national projects, marketing management, and business analytics. She worked in Mongolia for 9 years in multiple industries including tech, nonprofit, and health care. She is fluent in Mongolian, Chinese, and Russian while having certificates in  Korean (Topik 4), Japanese (N 4), and French (B1). 

Fun fact: She likes Lord of the Rings so much and can speak some Elvish Sandarin too.

Leah Thomas (VP of International Student Affairs)
Dynamic MBA candidate with a track record of success in leading multinational firms. Renowned for adept negotiation and team leadership prowess honed through collaborations with diverse stakeholders, suppliers, and global vendors. Seeking to leverage this expertise in a role that drives transformative impact.

Fun fact- An avid enthusiast of the arts, she finds joy in expressing herself through the harmonious cadence of singing and the rhythmic tapestry of dance.

Titobiloluwa Oreolorun (VP of Finance)
Titobiloluwa Oreolorun from Lagos Nigeria, has prior experience in banking, consulting, and startup ecosystem. Interned at Colgate Palm Olive. 

Fun fact : I love playing soccer

Colin Barry (VP of Alumni Relations)
Colin Barry was born and raised in St. Louis and eventually graduated from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis. Colin has spent the past seven years as an infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps and has been stationed on the west coast and in Japan. Recently, Colin has focused on strategy/management consulting and completed a summer internship with EY Parthenon out of their LA Office. 

Fun fact: I was one of the top 20 squash players in the country at the age of 15.

Didi Nwankwo (VP of Events & Engagement)
Didi is a certified fraud examiner who is adept at delivering strategic business solutions in risk management, operations, and finance to clients across the energy, financial services, consumer goods, and entertainment sectors. She also got the amazing opportunity to apply her expertise in risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and data-driven insights aligned with ethical values at KPMG Nigeria before she decided to enroll in Olin Business School.

Fun fact: After successfully cooking over 50kg of rice, Didi can now participate in a Jollof rice cooking competition.

Gowthaman Manikandan, (VP of Alumni Relations)
Gowthaman is a dual-degree candidate aiming to earn an MBA/MS in Healthcare Analytics. He spent this past summer in Chicago as a consultant at Guidehouse working in the healthcare provider financial solutions team. In his free time, he enjoys exploring nature, cooking intricate dishes, and reading about psychology.

Fun Fact: He only learned about the 40-day Global Immersion Program after he joined the program during orientation week.
