Licensure – Boards – Membership Dues

Faculty

• DEA ‐ Missouri Medical – Illinois Medical – BNDD License ‐ all are paid for by the department out of your section account.
• Medical Boards ‐ paid for by discretionary funds if available for individuals at the level of Assistant Professor and above. Paid for by the department out of section funds if the faculty member does not have discretionary funds available.
• Membership dues ‐ are not paid for by the department but can be reimbursed using a
  discretionary/startup account.

In case of a fellow becoming faculty, we will pro-rate your BNDD and DEA License for reimbursement.

Billable Fellows

• DEA ‐ Missouri Medical – Illinois Medical – BNDD License – all are paid for by the department out of your section account.
• Medical Boards – Membership dues – Membership dues ‐ all are not paid for by the department.

Non-Billable Fellows

• DEA License – Missouri/Illinois Medical – BNDD License – Medical Boards – Membership
  dues – are not paid for by the department

Residents

• DEA ‐ Missouri/Illinois Medical – BNDD License – all are not paid for by the department.
• Medical Boards ‐ are not paid for by the department. You can be reimbursed using your $300.00 book fund account.
• Membership dues – AAN and AAPM&R membership dues are paid for by the department. All others are not paid for by the department. You can be reimbursed using your $300.00 book fund account.

Billable Nurse Practitioners

• Missouri Nursing License – are paid for by the department out of your section account.

Non-Billable Nurse Practitioners & Nursing Staff

• Missouri Nursing License – are not paid for by the department

Staff

• Basic Life Support & CPR Certifications– are paid for by the department

If faculty/fellows are awarded a grant that allows/requires membership dues, the grant will be charged.
