DNA/RNA extraction
We offer DNA and RNA extraction from most sample types. We also offer quality control, genotyping, and plating for further analyses as a core service through the Hope Center.
Biobank
In addition to the nucleic acid extraction and sequencing services mentioned above, Biobanking is also available through the Hope Center.
Storage space in our biobank is available to Washington University investigators at a reasonable cost.
Analysis
We can provide the analysis of your sequencing data by one of our skilled bioinformaticians using our established pipelines.
