The MD Program Gateway Curriculum will be offered via the Keystone platform.

How do faculty gain access to Keystone and courses?

Faculty accounts will be automatically provisioned based on agreed-upon faculty roles in OASIS.

Gateway Curriculum faculty directors will be manually attached to modules, immersions, and other curricular experiences by the Office of Medical Student Education (OMSE). Likewise, faculty teaching in the Gateway Curriculum will be manually attached to appropriate learning events (sessions) by OMSE.

How do staff gain access to Keystone and courses?

Staff accounts will be manually created in Keystone based on an approved workflow. 

Staff will be manually attached to modules, immersions, and other curricular experiences by OMSE/ETIU.

Where can I find additional help on Keystone?

Faculty, find the latest Keystone Help Documents from Faculty Lounge > EdTech Support.

Staff, find the latest Keystone Guides from Admin Commons (contact ETIU if you believe you need access).

How can I easily report a suspected bug or technical issue with Keystone?

Once logged into Keystone, look for the Keystone Feedback box on the bottom left of each top-level page (like Events, Courses, etc.). This sends information on your browser session as well as where in the system you reported the bug/issue to ETIU.
