ABSTRACT GUIDELINES

Submission Deadline: March 31, 2020

The deadline for submission of abstracts is March 31, 2020, at 11:59 PM (midnight) U.S. Central Standard Time. Withdrawals may be made until March 31, 2020.

The body of the abstract should be one single paragraph and may not exceed 1750 characters in length
Font should be Arial, 11 pt
Margins should be 1.5” on the top and 1” on the sides and bottom
Bold the TITLE AND USE ALL UPPERCASE TEXT
List all authors and co-authors (if applicable), and affiliations, and underline the presenting author’s name
Use full justification on the body of the abstract
No images, text only
Name your PDF file in this format: lastname_firstname.pdf

Poster Session Times

Thursday, May 28, 2020

11:00 am – 2:00 pm – Set Up
3:15 pm – 4:00 pm – Poster Presentation Session I

Friday, May 29, 2020

2:50 pm –3:40 pm – Poster Presentation, Session II

Posters will be located in Great Room A of the Eric P. Newman Education Center.

The maximum Poster size is 45” wide x 45” tall. You have one half of one side of the poster boards. Posters must be in a vertical layout.

Posters must be removed by 4:30 pm on Friday May 29, 2020. The MRMB Conference/Washington University cannot be responsible for items left in the conference rooms, including but not limited to poster tubes, purses, backpacks, etc. Please keep personal items with you at all times.

Photographs are not allowed where posters are displayed. Anyone taking photographs will be asked to leave the hall.
