Meteorites are not transparent

The photos below were sent to me by persons asking if the objects were meteorites.

None of these objects has a meteorite fusion crust.

Libyan desert glass is translucent, but it is not a meteorite. It is quartz sand melted and solidified to glass by a meteoroid impact.
