If it looks like brains, then it is not a meteorite
These rocks, called druzy quartz, are used in landscaping. Meteorites do not look like this. There are no fusion crusts, the surfaces are too rough, and the rocks are full of holes. Photo credit: Randy Korotev (These rocks were all in my yard when I moved in.)
