Reflecting on 2022
FROM THE OFFICE OF THE DEAN
As 2022 comes to a close, I want to wish everyone a happy new year.
Looking back, we’ve had an unbelievable year here at the School of Medicine. COVID-19 continued to pose challenges, changing how we work in our clinics, labs, and classrooms, but each challenge was met with fortitude and perseverance. You – the faculty, students, trainees, and staff who make up our incredible community – have pursued our purpose in a way that has far exceeded expectations, serving those who need us, embracing our new curriculum, and making invaluable contributions in biomedical discovery. Each and every one of you helped make St. Louis, our country, and our world a better, healthier place to live and, as ever, I am so grateful and honored to work alongside you.
