19th Midwest Carbohydrate & Glycobiology Symposium 2024

We are happy to announce that the 19th Annual Midwest Carbohydrate & Glycobiology Symposium (MCGS) 2024 will be organized and hosted by James Janetka from Washington University School of Medicine (WUSM) and Cristina De Meo from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville (SIUE). The symposium will take place from September 20 to 21 at the EPNEC Center of Washington University in Saint Louis. We are putting together an exciting line up of speakers and events. Registration is open now, the deadline for posters submission is August 30th at 5 pm CST.

History

The MCGS was started in 2005 by Xuefei Huang (Michigan State) and Steven Sucheck (UToledo). It has been previously hosted by Wayne State University, Ohio State University, Cleveland State University, University of Cincinnati, University of Michigan, Central Michigan University, University of Wisconsin, Michigan State University, University of Notre Dame, and Purdue.
