Sling Health Biomedical Incubator seeks Digital and Interactive Design

WashU’s Sling Health Biomedical Incubator is building a project called DirectDoc, which is a company focused on increasing access to primary care in Africa. They’re doing this by building a mobile platform that connects physicians, patients, and donors using a simple and transparent payment model. They designed this platform after speaking with Ghanian physicians, who are now their partners, who told us that low and inconsistent payments were their greatest challenge to increasing access. They have funding, engineers, and contacts in Ghana to complete the project, but need help with designing the website platform.

Website design is the key deliverable needed. They would like to have this finished within the next two months. The project would require some skills and interest in digital and interactive design. If interested in this project opportunity, contact Cristian Cirjan, the project leader.
