School of Nursing seeks support in building interactive dioramas

The Goldfarb School of Nursing seeks to support building dioramas of household rooms (living room, bedroom, kitchen, basement, pool, etc) that are approximately 12×18” and demonstrate common household safety hazards. These dioramas would be used for health education in the community to help combat child morbidity and mortality. The model-maker would work with nursing students to identify what safety hazards to display, and would design and build models that would be durable, portable, and educational. They seek to begin this project in January or February. Contact Susan Fliesher for more information at susan.fliesher@barnesjewishcollege.edu.
