In partnership with community stakeholders, Spanish Lake Community Development Corporation (SLCDC) advocates for comprehensive neighborhood and community revitalization, works to build an actively engaged and informed community and inspires investment and advances business and employment opportunities for all people in Spanish Lake. Our mission is clear, to continually make Spanish Lake a more desirable, attractive and quality place to live for existing and future residents.
The Project Manager is a part–time(approx. 25 hours per week), seven (7) to eight (8)month position responsible for supervising the community engagement, feasibility and design process of the “North Node Opportunity Hub Project.”The Bellefontaine Corridor Study identified the North Node area along Bellefontaine as a place to connect residents to retail goods, services and economic opportunities. The Opportunity Hub project is community–driven and will revitalize the North Node for the benefit of area residents, businesses, and other stakeholders.
