ArchCity Defenders is looking for someone to design and illustrate a ‘know your rights’ guide for tenants who are facing eviction. Pro Se is a Latin term which means “for oneself, by oneself” and in a legal setting, refers to people who represent themselves in court. This Housing Pro Se Guide is intended to share information so renters can have the tools and knowledge to represent themselves in court when a landlord has filed an eviction case against them. The deliverables are (1) Easy to print and distribute guide that is also available online for viewing and download and (2) Social media shareables to introduce the guide.
