Lizda Nazdira Moncada Morales is passionate about making mathematics and statistics accessible to all students and fostering an inclusive learning environment at WashU.
Moncada Morales emphasizes active learning and personalized teaching strategies to engage students in both mathematics and statistics courses. Drawing on her experience as a first-generation Latina in STEM, she is dedicated to supporting underrepresented students and ensuring that every learner, regardless of background, can thrive and develop a love for the quantitative sciences.
