- The Aerosol Growth in the Eastern North Atlantic Campaign (AGENA) starts on Graciosa Island in the Azores. We are returning to the Azores to study how particles grow in the marine boundary layer.

- We are receiving funding from Department of Energy for a collaborative project with Prof. Tim Bertram and Prof. Joel Thornton. We are going to the Azores (again) to study marine aerosols!
- The overview paper of Aerosol and Cloud Experiments in the Eastern North Atlantic (ACE-ENA) led by our group is now published in Bulletin of the American Meteorological Society. The paper presents measurements, observation strategy, meteorological conditions of the ACE-ENA campaign, preliminary findings, and future analyses and modeling studies.
