Sabrina Talir

 

Sabrina is a research assistant in the lab. She grew up in St. Louis, MO and completed her undergraduate studies at Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, MA. While at Mount Holyoke, Sabrina served as the board secretary for the college’s Red Cross organization and as the Assistant Manager for Mount Holyoke’s Equestrian Team. She also worked as a teaching assistant and lead student instructor for Mount Holyoke’s equestrian PE classes. During the summer of 2018, Sabrina worked at the WashU Tyson Research Center as an undergraduate fellow in the Penczykowski lab, and in 2020 and 2021 she worked in the Woodard lab at Mount Holyoke, completing an honors thesis at the end of her senior year. In 2021 she graduated with a biology major and chemistry minor. Outside of the lab Sabrina likes to read, exercise, play with her two cats, and travel.
