Please utilize the methods below in order to obtain telephone support within WUSM.

  1. Call the TFC Service Desk 24 x 7: 314-362-4700
  2. If you do not feel that your TFC service request is being handled in an effective manner please escalate your issue to the Service Escalation inbox: gs-IT_Service_Escalation@bjc.org
  3. If steps #1 and #2 are not producing the results you would expect please escalate your issue to Marina Clements (marina.clements@bjc.org).
  4. If the above steps have not effectively resolved your issue please escalate to TFC management, Todd Porter (todd.porter@bjc.org)
